Option 1: Pay in full at the time of your registration. All deadlines still apply even if you have paid in for your trip in full at the time of registration. Please see “Important Dates” for deadlines.
Option 2: Pay a deposit to secure your room and then be enrolled onto the Auto-Payment plan.
- A) If you register between February 1st and February 19th (by 5 pm MST), you will only have to pay a deposit of $49 USD per adult and $49 USD per child to register for the trip. Then, on February 22nd (and the 22nd of March, April, and May) you will be charged $250 USD per adult and $75 USD per child. Your final payment will automatically be charged on May 24th and will be for your total remaining balance for the trip. These auto-payments will be charged on your account and processed with the payment methods listed on your Autoship profile. If any of your Auto-payments decline, email@example.com will send you an email giving you three days to respond. If you do not complete your monthly payment, or email firstname.lastname@example.org within three days after the email has been sent, your spot will be released. Please see “Important Dates” for deadlines.
- B) If you register for the trip to Panama after 5 PM MST February 19th, you will have to pay a deposit of $149 USD per adult and $49 USD per child. Then, depending on what day you register, you will also need to catch up all of the previous monthly payments of $250 USD per adult and $75 USD per child, that same day. For example, if you register on March 1st, you will need to pay your deposit of $149 USD per adult and $49 USD per child AND complete your payment of $250 USD per adult and $75 USD per child to catch up from the missed February payment. After this initial payment, you will then be placed on our auto-payment plan. This auto-payment plan will automatically charge you $250 USD per adult and $75 USD per child on the 22nd of each following month. Your final payment will be automatically charged to you on May 24th and will be for the total remaining balance of your trip. These auto-payments will be charged to your member account and processed with the payment methods listed on your Autoship profile. If any of your Auto-payments decline, email@example.com send you an email giving you three days to respond. If you do not complete your monthly payment, or email firstname.lastname@example.org within three days after the email has been sent, your spot will be released. Pricing is based on double occupancy. If you register as a single, you will be roomed with someone. Roommate requests must be submitted to email@example.com by Friday, May 24, 2019 or you will be randomly assigned a roommate. Roommate requests cannot be guaranteed as being fulfilled, but the sooner you submit your request, the more likely your roommate request can be granted.
Children’s prices will only be applied after your room has been charged for a minimum of two adults. If, for example, you sign up as an adult with one child, you will be charged the price of two adults.
Each Deluxe Ocean View Suite has a maximum occupancy of 3 adults, 2 adults and 2 children (up to 12 years old), or 3 adults and 1 child. Infants count as a child towards room occupancy. If your group exceeds this, you must book multiple rooms. Please contact firstname.lastname@example.org if you have registered multiple attendees and want to specify how your group will be divided between rooms.
If you are interested in extending your stay, email email@example.com by Friday, May 24, 2019. The extension rate applies 3 day prior to and 3 days after the event dates. All extensions are based on availability and double occupancy.
Upgrades will be accommodated on a first-come, first-served basis. Payment for the price difference between the original room you registered for and the upgraded room will need to be paid at the time of upgrading to reserve the upgraded room. If you are interested in upgrading, please email firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and the names of the people in your group, and we will provide you with your upgrade options and corresponding costs.
Tuesday, February 19, 2019: This is the last day (by 5:00 p.m. MST) to take advantage of the special pricing promotion which gives you $100 USD off each adult registered! This is your last day to pay only $49 USD per adult (any person age 18 and older) and $49 USD per child (age 6-17) for your deposit. If you register for Panama after 5:00 p.m. MST, February 15, you will have to pay a full deposit of $149 USD per adult (any person age 18 and older) and $49 USD per child (age 6-17).
Thursday, March 22, 2019: This is the last day to receive a refund of your deposit. If you cancel after this day, you will be refunded your payments except for your deposit amount. Even if you paid the full amount of the trip before this date, you will not be refunded $149 (or $49 if you paid during the promotion) USD per adult or $49 USD per child if you cancel your registration after this day.
Thursday, April 18, 2019: This is the last day to cancel your registration and receive a refund of everything you have paid for the trip (less the deposit amount). No refunds will be given after this day.
Thursday, May 9, 2019: After registering, if you need to change the guests you registered, you may do so until Thursday, May 9, and your initial guest’s pricing will be honored for your new guest. If you change your guest after May 9, you must pay a fee of $50 USD per guest changed. No guests may be changed after May 22 (the registration deadline).
Friday, May 24, 2019: This is the deadline to submit all roommate requests. We will do our best to satisfy your request, but requests cannot be guaranteed. If you register as a single and do not submit a roommate request, Yoli will place you with a roommate. The sooner you submit your request, the higher chance there is of us being able to fulfill your request.
Friday, May 24, 2019: This is the registration deadline (based on availability). EXTENDED!
Friday, May 24, 2019: This is the deadline to submit your flight information if you would like Yoli to arrange transportation from the Tocumen International airport to the Westin Playa Bonita resort and back to the airport at the conclusion of the trip, as long as you register directly with Yoli. Car seats are available only upon request, so if you need a car seat arranged for your transportation, you must submit your request to email@example.com by May 24, 2019.
WAYS TO EARN
We have new ways to earn part or all of your trip!
February 2 – May 3, 2019
If you earn any rank of Diamond or above for the first time during the qualification period, you will automatically earn 200% of your trip!
Earn portions of your trip by helping your team Members develop into leaders! When one of your personally-sponsored Members reaches the rank of Silver or above for the first time during the qualification period, you’ll earn 5% of your trip. If they reach the rank of 5 Star Gold or above for the first time during the qualification period, you’ll earn 20%!
For example, if your personally-sponsored Member goes from Future Star to Three Star Silver, you will have earned 5% of your trip. If your personally-sponsored Member goes from Future Star to Ruby, you’ll earn 25% because they hit both Silver and 5 Star Gold.
The maximum amount that can be earned is 200%, which is the full cost for you and a guest.
This is an incentive trip reserved for those at the rank of Diamond or above. Anyone can sign up but must be ranked Diamond or above by March 22, or we will have to cancel your registration and place you on the waiting list.
This event is non-transferable. You may not transfer registration for this trip to any other account, including your spouse’s. Trips may not be “gifted” to someone other than the registering Member, and you may not send someone in your place if you are unable to attend.
The primary Account Holder and all registrants in their party must attend the trip to qualify for reimbursement. Reimbursements will be made following the event upon confirmation of attendance.
After registering, if you need to change the guests you registered, you may do so until Thursday, May 9, and your initial guest’s pricing will be honored for your new guest. If you change your guest after May 9, you must pay a fee of $50 USD per guest changed. No guests may be changed after May 22 (the registration deadline).
Airfare is not provided by Yoli and must be purchased by each attendee.
Reimbursement will only be made to the account upon which the trip was registered.
Maximum reimbursement for the amount earned is 100% of the amount paid, or $949 USD, whichever is less. Single registration is defined as paying for one adult on your account, regardless of whether or not you room with someone.
Maximum reimbursement for double registration is 200% of the amount paid, or $1,898 USD, whichever is less. Double registration is defined as paying for two adults on your account.
Members who qualify for reimbursement will pay for accommodations when they register. Yoli will reimburse the Member within three weeks after the trip when commissions are paid.
The Diamond Incentive Trip may be paid for on any qualifying Member’s account, provided that the account is active and in good standing. Reimbursement will be made to the account through which the trip was registered, but is limited by how the trip was paid for.
Yoli reserves the right to place guests in rooms at the company’s discretion.
A valid passport is required to attend the trip to Panama and it must be valid for at least 6 months after your trip.
No attendees will be permitted into the Yoli private events if they are booked directly with the resort. Only those who purchase their trip through Yoli will be permitted to attend.
Travel insurance is not included. It is recommended (but not required) that attendees purchase their own travel insurance.
Yoli will provide transportation for attendees to and from the Tocumen International Airport (PTY) to the Westin Playa Bonita, as long as you register directly with Yoli. To take advantage of this included service, attendees must submit their flight information for their arriving and departing flight to firstname.lastname@example.org no later than 5:00 p.m. MST on Wednesday, May 22, 2019. If flight information is not submitted by the deadline, Yoli will not provide transportation for the attendee, and it will be the attendee’s own responsibility to secure and pay for their own transportation to and from the airport and resort.
By registering for and attending any Yoli event, the attendee voluntarily assumes all risks and dangers incidental to attending the Yoli-sponsored Event, whether occurring prior, during, or after the Event. This includes acts or acts of omission of others (including attendees, Yoli staff, other service providers, or the venue). By registering for and attending a Yoli event, the attendee voluntarily assumes all risks of any injury to his or her self, property damage, or loss.
This trip can be paid for on any Member’s account. Reimbursement will be made to the account through which the trip was registered, but is limited by how the trip was paid for. Please read through the following examples to better understand how reimbursements work:
Registering as an individual, attending as an individual
If you sign up as an individual and attend as an individual, you can receive up to 100% of reimbursement. Even if you qualify for more than 100% reimbursement, the maximum reimbursable amount is 100% of what you paid if you attend alone, up to $849 USD.
Registering as an individual, attending with someone else
If you register alone on your account but attend with someone else, you will only be reimbursed up to 100% of what you paid on your account.
If, for example, you and your spouse go together and you pay on your account while your spouse pays on his/her account, you can only be reimbursed what you qualify for, up to 100%. To clarify, if you qualify for 10% and your spouse qualifies for 150% and you each registered on your own accounts, you would be reimbursed 10% and your spouse would be reimbursed 100% (your spouse would be capped at 100%, as s/he signed up alone.)
Registering two people together
If you register for you and a guest on your account, and you both attend the event, you can be reimbursed up to 200% of what you paid on your account up to $849 USD per adult.
If, for example, you and your spouse register on your account and you earn 170%, you will be reimbursed for 170%. On the other hand, if you and your spouse register on your account and you qualify for 170% while your spouse’s account qualifies for 50%, you will only be reimbursed 170%, as the registration was completed on your account. The two accounts cannot be combined.
Please note that a maximum of 200% (the amount for 2 adults) of the trip is reimbursable under the program. You must attend the trip in order to be reimbursed. This incentive trip is considered taxable compensation on a 1099 or equivalent.
This program is for US, Canada, Philippines, and Mexico Members only and is non-transferable and has no cash value. Registration is limited to one per account.
The qualification period for this event is from February 2 to May 3, 2019.
